My Goals:
At 5'9" tall, my main goal is to lose body fat. Would love to get down to 18% (new goal 16%)

6/1/09: 25%body fat

7.18.09: 23% body fat

8.2.09: 22% body fat

10.14.09: 21.8% body fat

12.19.09: 21.15% body fat

6.8.10: approx. 18% goal met!

I want to get back into all of my clothes. I've got a whole wardrobe waiting for me! That is a serious reward in itself!

Rewards (added 9.25.09):

145lbs: New boots! (Goal met 11.19.09)

143 lbs: Perfume

140lbs: something special from Anthropologie

138lbs: Massage & Pedicure, same day! OMG can't wait.

My Program:
*45 minutes minimum 5-6 times per week.

*Cardio: sprints on sand, hills, intervals galore, cycle class, kickboxing.

*Strength training 2 times per week. ADDING IN: Make that 3!

*15 plus cups of water per day. This has been a huge help for me!

*Eat Super Clean

July 2008: 162lbs (OMG!)

December 2008: 157lbs

April 30th 2009: 157lbs (started Spark) YAY!

May 2009: despite working out and staying within calorie range. nothing lost! sticking with it!

June 2009: 4lbs this month!

July 2009: 5.5lbs this month!

August 2009: nothing lost.
PLATEAU BUSTER PLAN! (14.5 GONE! 9.5 to go!)

September 2009: plateau

October 2009: plateau

November 2009: 2.5 loss!

December 2009: 3 lb gain. It's alllll good! ; )

January 2010: 4lb loss phew!

February 2010: no loss (yo-yo month)

March 2010: no weigh in (i should have)

April 2010: 8lb gain? excuse me!? Checking in on the scale once in a while is not over rated.

May 2010: 5lb loss (change in body composition) (!!!)

Thanks so much and I definitely feel your pain. One thing that has helped me is continuing to set goals that challenge me physically (i..e, Marathon, 100 Pushup Challenge, P90x, etc.). I'm very vocal on FB and post pics there all the time, so it also keeps me accountable as people start seeing you as a role model and I want to be a good example to others as well as good to myself. You're awesome and I know you can find the balance you're striving for!!! - Tia

I wish I could see this body's new shapes. LOL Well I wish I new what locations I did for sure as well. Talks with San Diego, OK, Virginia, and possibly Ft. Worth TX. Nothing confirmed but Seattle. I would come to you if you wanted to organize one.
