Hi and welcome to my Spark Page. I joined Spark People in April 2008. I have been yo-yoing with my weight and weight loss since then. There are times where I lost significant weight but I was never able to keep it off no matter what.

In November 2013, I started a 6 week fat loss monitored programme and lost 13 lbs. It made me feel great and I continued the healthy eating and exercise into December after the 6 weeks was up. But I put the weight back on again. As usual...

This is March 2015 I have decided to post here and blog to hold myself accountable. I am starting slowly this time making changes one/two at a time.

My first change will be from today getting 8.5-9 hours sleep each night consistently until March 31, 2015. This streak is my attempt to improve my sleep habit and getting more sleep. Slow and steady wins the race....

Update:
I fell off the wagon again and did not stick to my goals.

In comes August 2015. Something has clicked. My starting weight August 10, 2015: 216.4

September 25: 205.0

I am a wife and mother of 2 boys. I love spending time with and taking care of my family, shopping and reading health & fitness magazines. I also love reality tv and I never watch a movie twice.
