Hi and welcome to my Spark Page. I joined Spark People in April 2008. I have been yo-yoing with my weight and weight loss from then until now. In November 2013, I started a 6 week fat loss monitored programme and lost 13 lbs. It made me feel great and I continued the healthy eating and exercise into December after the 6 weeks was up. That along with Sparkpeople has given me the motivation I need to continue.

I have set myself another weight loss goal of 10 pounds for Feb 8, 2014 for a dinner which I have to attend.

No choices left but the choice to do this!

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose body fat, be toned and maintain between 150-155 pounds.

My Program:
1. Measuring my food for correct portion sizes
2. Drinking 6 32 oz. bottles of water a day
3. Exercise/move 5-6 days a week.
4. Making sure I prepare my meals before hand
5. Go to bed by 8pm each night.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of 2 boys. I love spending time with and taking care of my family, shopping and reading health & fitness magazines. I also love reality tv and I never watch a movie twice.

Other Information:

Michelle - I just saw that you are on the BLC25 challenge. Awesome. I'm finally doing better on the challenges. It took about 4 weeks to click. How are you doing. You know Breeze70 is doing it too. It's time-consuming, so I kinda understand why I haven't seen you on the Caribbean Sparks.
