Hi and welcome to my Spark Page. I joined Spark People in April 2008. I have been yo-yoing with my weight and weight loss from then until now. In November 2013, I started a 6 week fat loss monitored programme and lost 13 lbs. It made me feel great and I continued the healthy eating and exercise into December after the 6 weeks was up. But I put the weight back on again.

I started at 217 and currently weigh 213. Just need to be consistent.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose fat.

My Program:
1. drinking 4 16 oz bottles a day of water
2. Exercise/move 5 days a week.
3. Go to bed by 8pm each night.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of 2 boys. I love spending time with and taking care of my family, shopping and reading health & fitness magazines. I also love reality tv and I never watch a movie twice.

I've ramped up the exercise, people are commenting on my weight loss, the clothes are fitting better but the scale ain't moving. I go to 192 and then up to 197. Today I weighed in at 195.1
