I was very motivated to lose the weight. I was tired of always being the chunky one in my family. I already felt out of place and well being heavier than everyone else made me feel even more out of place. My bike became my bestfriend. I lost majority of my weight a few summers ago just by riding my bike at least 30 min 5 times a week. I ended up loving it so much and just continued. Ive maintained my weightloss just by watching what I eat. I really need to get fitness back in my schedule more regularly. But I could not have lost the weight with out the support of other people on here!! Keep up the good work!!
