Like many people, I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. At times, I have had some success in losing quite a lot of weight but never managed to keep on losing to get to a healthier weight.

Even maintaining the weight loss has been a real struggle. I regained most of the weight and I’m now trying to get back on track and start losing again.

Hi Newmoi2008!
I saw your "red flag" on the binge-free site today and want to drop you a line. I too lost a lot of weight and feared that I would reverse all my efforts due to bingeing. Luckily, I found the 21-day-binge-free thread, which helps to keep me on track. Most days in the past year, I have been binge-free. I am lately integrating a more concerted exercise and food plan to resume my weightloss goals. I lost about 140 pounds and have another 36 to go to goal weight. I was static and actually gained abut 15 back in the last 4 years! But I am happy with that, because that means that I have pretty well maintained my weighloss for 4 whole years!!! Come and join the 21-day challenge and you might really like it, because it is d0-able and within reach. The longer I am binge-free, the better off I am in the long run. Ta, Reggie
