Hey! Unfortunately it does get harder and harder the more you lose. I started at about 362 lbs. and to date I'm 216 lbs. I had lost a total of 170, but I gained a little back after a messy breakup.
I did weigh watchers and was working out 2 hrs. a day. I'm doing Zumba right now and that is a really great workout and just feels like your in a club dancing because it's such fun and current music.
I just try to avoid fast food, any drinks with sugar, and having too much breads and carbs. Also, when I first started dieting I would drink a glass of skim milk before eating because it would make me feel fuller and I'd eat less.
