I have been on sparkpeople before and it helped me lose weight. I have gained some back ! I originally weighed 312 pounds and I lost down to 185 pounds. I have kept off the majority of the weight for around three years. I have gained around 40 pounds back over the last 2 years. So I'm back on sparkpeople to get back on track! Eating right is a every day struggle because I LOVE food and I am a big fan of anything sweet to eat, but I am determined to win the battle!
