My Goals:
Jan. - Mar 2012

Slowly build up to 60 minutes of Zumba not inclusive of 5 min warm-up or 5 min cool down.

Increase 5 min per week.

DO LUMBAR THORACIC EXERCISES DAILY!!!

Build in Abs & Upper Body Workout.


My Program:
Develop and Change my habits.

I have mild scoliosis and RA in my hips combined with weak core muscles and the beginnings of degenerative disc disease.

1. Reduce the white stuff in my diet.

2. Eat regularly no skipping meals.

3. Build in exercise gradually.... ideally 60-90 minutes 6 days per week.

4. Do Lumbar Thoracic exercises each day.

Other Information:
My mantra...... don't give into the excuses for not exercising qnd eating right..... where there is a will, there is a way.
