Happily Married! ^_^

Chris and I got married on March 7, 2009 and I've really been enjoying my new newlywed status. I'm happy to say that married life hasn't changed our relationship: we're still the happy, zany couple that I've come to find so much joy and purpose in. He's my other half & now it's "official."

We jumped off the wagon during our wedding & honeymoon as it's a (hopefully for us) once in a lifetime opportunity. The food at our wedding was amazing (think sushi, stir-fry, fondue and red ...

We jumped off the wagon during our wedding & honeymoon as it's a (hopefully for us) once in a lifetime opportunity. The food at our wedding was amazing (think sushi, stir-fry, fondue and red velvet cake). Mmm! And Antiguan cuisine is to-die-for!

Now that we've had about a month or so to get back into the swing of things at home, we're working on getting ourselves back into our healthy eating and exercise habits.

Working out and eating right is always easier with a fitness buddy/friend that helps motivate you and keep you on track. Lucky for me, my fitness buddy is Chris. ^_^ It's pretty hard to hide from your accountability partner when you live in the same house & share the same bed. LoL!

My Goals for 2009:
1. Get down to 130-135
2. Be an off-the-rack 8
3. Be able to run 13-15 miles
4. Work up to 1,000 crunches (3 x week)
5. Abs! I want 'em. Bad!
6. 25 guy-style push-ups. Ooh rah!


My Program:
1. Keep within my calorie range
2. Drink 1-1.5 gallons of water daily
3. Take my multivitamins
4. Run EVERY day
5. At least 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week (not including running)


Personal Information:
I'm from Jacksonville, Florida but am currently residing in Tallahassee while my fiance finishes his graduate program.

Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the post on my blog. I appreciate it, and I did not mean to delete it. I meant to push the button that views your spark page to leave a message and my baby hit the mouse pad right as I was clicking, so it got deleted... So sorry! Have a great weekend... and ya, I circuit train to keep it interesting cuz I am easily bored and distracted. LOL
