Welcome to Sparkpeople! I've been at this journey for awhile (just recently got serious about it though) and I've learned that tracking is the best method for ensuring that you are eating a healthy, balanced diet.

HI, Welcome to SparkPeople! thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog. I too asked for lots of encouragement when I first started this journey. Other people are happy to help and don't think it's selfish of you to ask for help. Just to clear it up a little, It is only that I find myself getting depressed if many people don't respond to my blog and I find myself not being grateful for what encouragement I am getting. I shouldn't depend on other people to make me happy, but to find strength and encouragement in the progress I'm making and the gentle changes I'm making in my everyday life, health wise.
So never hesitate to ask for encouragement. That's what SparkFriends are for!
