It's offical it's a new year, I am going to be 30 in this up and coming July. My goal is by July to be at least 120lbs... Starting on Tuesday Jan.5, I am to get in my 3 meals a day, watch my cal count and get in daily exercise of at least 2 hours. Weigh in once a week. Starting weight.... 230..:(
Goal for Jan.11 - 225-228
Jan 18. 220-225
Jan. 25. 220-217
For a good goal i want to be at least 220, by the end of January.
