Personal Information:
Been yo yo dieting since the 80's and am taking all the information from all those attempts and applying them to life changing.

I'm 58 and want to be jogging by january to keep me young

Other Information:
I love to read, watch movies you know the activities that keep you on the couch!

I love to garden...love flowers and have a small vegetable garden. Planted cherry trees last year and have a herb garden that I'm still learning ways to use them.
