My Goals:
Get lean and fit.

Lean = 180 with 10% bodyfat

Fit = improve my conditioning so I can run a 9-minute mile and do so for 5-10 miles at a time.

My Program:
I am on the 4 Hour Body (4HB) Slow Carb Diet (SCD) including working out according to Occam's Protocol.
