I've done many rounds of CE. It's my favourite programme by far, though I'm in love with p90x3 right now.
My advice regarding CE is: use the tracker sheets. really. each time. Push to true failure -- where you can't do another lift if somebody said they'd give you 1,000,000 dollars. Get enough protein (for me that's ALWAYS more than 1g of protein for every pound that I weigh).
And that's it! Oh, also take measurements monthly with each phase change. It's motivating!

Thanks for the comment on my status update about me not liking how I look in my Christmas party photos. It truly is a big slap of reality check right in the face! Time to get back at it. We want to take a trip to Hawaii some time this year and I am NOT bringing this ugly fat body with me!
