    I am doing much better. I started small with the walking 1 mile a day and stretching and I kept this up for about a month. I really started to focus on my eating and drinking water. I am so happy that my husband and my aunt (I am her guardian) started walking last week and I am tracking their streaks. I know it is so hard to keep up with all of this and build your business. Sometimes I get so frustrated but I know that without my health, there will be no business. Contratulations on your recent successes!!!

    Thnks for your comment on my blog. It's good to hear from someone who has gone through a similar situation. I have The Spark but I got to chapter 7 or 8 and then got distracted with my business. It's just another excuse for dropping what I know I have to do. I'm getting back on track. How are you doing?
