June: 1/2 weight loss goal meet.

My Program:
Right now I begun doing the SparkPeople 28 day boot camp.
I walk on the treadmill to achieve my steps.
Jan 15 restart Zumba and Jan 17 restart core strengthening with a personal trainer.
Jan 19 TRK with trainer.
