I am a mother of five kids and desperately in need to lose weight.i have lost about 20 kilos rather slow but i am not giving up,that is why i am participating in the 5% summer challenge.
I will exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days in a week
I will eat healthily by minimizing junk and processed foods and staying within my calorie range.
I will participate actively in the boards of my team.

MY 5% CHALLENGE COMMITMENT PLAN

GOAL TO EAT: 1200 - 1550 calories daily.

GOAL TO BURN:
730 calories weekly.

To go from 90kg to 85kg by June 2014.


My Program:
i try to do a 30 minute jogging at least 3 times a week, ST and walk or bike on the alternate days.

I am from and live in the eastern part of Nigeria.I am also a civil servant.
