August 2014 Goals

FAITH ~ Going back to morning pages/journaling and prayer. Starting Jonah bible study with Hello Mornings group 8/11.

FITNESS ~ Quite a few fitness goals for August
: Spark people #Backontrack
: Follow my version of 21 Day Sugar Detox by Diane Sanfilippo (Level 2) for 30 days. Iíve had this book and the cookbook for a few months now. But I knew I wasnít committed enough to finish. Now Iím going gung-ho for the month of August. †
: Continue with PiYo workouts - Going into Week #4 for 8/1. Filling in daily walks and other workouts in the mix.
: Drink 72oz of water per day†
: Taking vitamins & pills daily
: Go to bed no later than 10:30pm every night

FINANCES ~ Recommit to AVON business. Attend at least 1 sales meeting and checkout the New Rep training class. Complete at least 2-3 of the new online training classes. †

GOAL WEIGHT ~ Again not using the scale as a focus this month. Will focus on inches loss and how I progress throughout the PiYo workouts - alignment, strength and stamina throughout the workouts.

September 2012:

I had to hit the reset button. Once upon a time I got to my goal weight using Spark People. That was 3 years and 2 kids ago. Lol... I've been trying unsuccessfully to get back to that goal weight. And have been having a difficult time trying to balance 3 kids (the 2 youngest 22 months apart), working a full time job, husband and a household. I'm to the point where I'm finally have to be real - what worked before just isn't working this time around. My season in life has changed and I will adjust with it.

Hey. Thanks for the comment. I just sent you an email about shakeology if you're interested in learning not about it.

Also, would you be interested in doing a 14-day clean eating challenge? Clean eating is something I struggle with constantly so having a support group would be nice. What do you think?
