I actually was on here about two years ago and dropped off but since then I joined weight watchers and lost 20 lbs. I've been "stuck : for awhile now and thought adding something else would help.

My Program:
I'm following weight watchers, jogging, and doing yoga and pilates. The cardio 3-4 times a week and the mind/body 1-2 times a week. I try to eat a lot of fiber but it makes me sick!
