My Program:

I drink room temp water. I can chug it all I want.

I keep track of my progress with the SparkPeople reports section. Looking at my monthly progress helps me see my major weaknesses. Working on weekly average of 1500-1600 calories. By doing it weekly I'm not so hard on myself day by day.
I put little X's on the calendar to track my exercise. It gives me a visual each day and feels great seeing the whole calendar filled with X's.
