*Hit goal weight of 136 by New Year's Eve...my New Year's resolution will be to keep it off!
*Learn how to have a balance in my life in order to keep the weight off.
*Follow a vegetarian diet.
1. Eat within my calorie range 6 days a week. I will allow one day a week to eat whatever I want...within reason.
2. Exercise four days a week in the morning.
I am 24 years old and live on Long Island, NY. I am a registered nurse. I live with my husband and two french bulldogs, Abbey and Lenny. Running is something that I enjoy (most days).
