I want to be healthy!

My weight has been yo-yoing for the last two years. Each time the high point has been a bigger number. I need to stop doing this to myself. I want to be able to find a balance.

My Goals:
*Hit goal weight of 136 by New Year's Eve...my New Year's resolution will be to keep it off!

*Learn how to have a balance in my life in order to keep the weight off.

*Follow a vegetarian diet.




My Program:
1. Eat within my calorie range 6 days a week. I will allow one day a week to eat whatever I want...within reason.

2. Exercise four days a week in the morning.


Personal Information:
I am 24 years old and live on Long Island, NY. I am a registered nurse. I live with my husband and two french bulldogs, Abbey and Lenny. Running is something that I enjoy (most days).
