Hello all and welcome to my page. I've been on Spark for a few years now and seem to lose weight and then it creeps back on. This year I'm attacking it a little differently. Instead of focusing on losing the weight I'm going to focus more on lifestyle changes. I do want to drop 20lbs but what I'd LOVE to do is not have to drop the same 20lbs every year!

My Goals:
My goal is to be 125 by July of this year and to be able to run more of a 5k than walk.

My Program:
Right now my program is 3-4 days a week at the gym two days of weights and one or two days of cardio. Working on eating more fruits and veggies.

Personal Information:
I'm 40, married, two adult children, and four grandbabies.
Born in TEXAS. Currently attending college working towards an associates degree.

Other Information:
Hobbies: reading, skating, church, motorcycles and spoiling my grandbabies.

Definitely! The shoes idea is a good idea. I need some more honestly.....they are 3 years old but still in alright shape. I can tell I need new shoes though!

Honestly I know for sure I need some more because I am starting to get some back, shoulder and leg pain a little. I am also fixing to start the nursing school, which is another motivation to lose weight! To start nursing school HEALTHY!

It was so nice to have met you yesterday and I had fun on the crosstrainer blabbing my mouth with you for an hour. Great times!! We need to meet up with the kiddos and have a "healthy lunch" or something. emoticon
