Need to change bad habits

Looking over what I wrote two years ago, I didn't fulfill my promise to myself. Life gets messy some times. But Life happens to us all. I have used excuses to allow myself to eat those bad "comfort" foods we all know so well. I have to turn around those old bad habits and exercise more.... AND believe in myself. I'll need help to stay on track...

Get healthy and eat right.
Exercise daily

My Program:
Two hundred sit-up/crunches daily

Weight training daily

Walking on the tread mill for 1/2 hour each day

Water aerobics 1x's a week
Elliptical and bike daily too!

Zumba class when I can fit it in!!

I just noticed that you joined the SparkTeam Virtual Walk/Run/Cycle thru US @ exercise.lbl.gov. team. I have had a lot of fun on this team and hope that you will too.
Virginia is a long state and I am still going through it. But, it sometimes helps me get going knowing that I will be walking through another town on my way to Oregon.
Let me know how things are going and enjoy the journey.

I came across one of your blogs and decided to visit your Sparkpage. It looks like you have a good mix of activities and I know that you are going to reach your goals.
I have been on my journey for a while and just passed a big milestone for me - 200 pounds (now at 199.2). That is a total of 105.8 pounds now. I want to get to 180.
Stop by my Sparkpage for a visit if you get a chance. I hope that we will be able to get to know each other better.

So happy you joined the 12 weeks til christmas challenge. If you need a buddy, just let me know. It helps to have someone else alongside you motivating and pushing you (oh, and it helps me to be held accountable to someone). Have a great Wednesday.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm currently at a standstill but will get back on that train soon... Still making healthy food choices though. It's the excercise I need more time for. It will come. I've already come so far, it really surprises me...
