Need to change bad habits
Looking over what I wrote two years ago, I didn't fulfill my promise to myself. Life gets messy some times. But Life happens to us all. I have used excuses to allow myself to eat those bad "comfort" foods we all know so well. I have to turn around those old bad habits and exercise more.... AND believe in myself. I'll need help to stay on track...

To be the best I can be! Get healthy and eat right. Exercise daily
My Program:
Two hundred sit-up/crunches daily Weight training daily Walking on the tread mill for 1/2 hour each day Water aerobics 1x's a week Elliptical and bike daily too! Zumba class when I can fit it in!!
