Hi, Thanks for checking out my page! My name is Tracy. I'm a 39 year old mom of 3 and am married to the man of dreams.

Somedays I think I've got it all figured out then bam! I'm sitting there double fisting cookies, trying to analyze what went wrong.

I started slipping in October and pretty much gave up on excersice completely. So now, my new goal is to lose 12 and get active. I love working out and I hate that I've stopped.

Be more diligent about water intake. I love water but sometimes I just forget to drink it and it cause so many problems for me.
Continue the C25K program
Try harder to get outside for exercise. At least once a week, get up early to walk or run.
Wear my pedometer
Track every bite!


My Program:
I've recently reset everything so my program is babysteps. Just to get myself moving again.

It didn't seem to intimidating when I signed up but it was when I got there! The massive hill was the worst but the rest was pretty fun! I am definitely doing it again next year. It was worth the effort!

Have you been tracking your food? Every bite? I haven't been doing it more than 1 day a week. I'm going to restart that today. I think the few things I don't mentally 'count' are playing into my suckyness on the scale.

Good job! I see you lost a little...don't quit! I want to lose 15 pounds so our goal is about the same. Let's keep encouraging each other! You got this! I AM going to be moving my weight loss progress next Monday. I can't stand to be stuck at the same spot. It WILL move if I keep working at it! :) Thanks for the motivation.
