2. to remind myself to keep MY priorities straight and not worry about what others think they should be!
3. to learn to not lose my head or my cool at the insignificant things that happen on a day to day basis.
5. to distance myself from those that are negative or just bring me down.
Once I get a clue on what I should be doing I will be sure to post it here lol.
I was born and raised in Queens, NY and I'm pretty sure I will be buried here too!
Everything that I do, everything that I am and everything thing that I hope to accomplish in the future is because of my husband and my two beautiful daughters. They give me hope and strength and will help me through this weight loss challenge. Love you guys!
I know I'm a couple days early, but I may not have time to post on the weekend, so...
~~ If only for today: smile a little more, sing a bit off key, laugh loudly and long, dance, skip, jump, play. Eat with your hands, hug every kind soul that crosses your path. Finger-paint, face-paint, body-paint. Do something brave. Squash a fear. Get out of your shell. Wear something sparkly. Be wild, be strong, be silly. For being foolish can make you happy but being happy will never make you a fool. ~~ Michelle

Happy Almost Spring!! This coming Tuesday marks the Spring Equinox and in preparation for the first day of the new season I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may they melt away with the winter and may you be granted a time of new light and a new life where your wildest dreams come true. ~ Michelle
"Celebrating the Spring Equinox: The spring equinox is one of the four great solar festivals of the year. Day and night are equal, poised and balanced, but about to tip over on the side of light. The spring equinox is sacred to dawn, youth, the morning star and the east. The Saxon goddess, Eostre (from whose name we get the direction East and the holiday Easter) is a dawn goddess, like Aurora and Eos. Just as the dawn is the time of new light, so the vernal equinox is the time of new life." - from http://www.schooloftheseasons.com/spring.h tml
