My Goals:
1. to lose weight.

2. to remind myself to keep MY priorities straight and not worry about what others think they should be!

3. to learn to not lose my head or my cool at the insignificant things that happen on a day to day basis.

5. to distance myself from those that are negative or just bring me down.

My Program:
1.Since I've not been very active for many years my first goal is to get my 10,000 steps in every day.

2.Go to the gym at least 3 times a week. M | W | Sat

*30 mins on treadmill at
highest walking speed

*5 set of 10 reps at 20-
40 lbs for arm and leg
exercises

*abs and push ups at
home when on a non
gym day.

*Power walk for 50 min
during my lunch break

*Wear my Fitbit all day
everyday to track my
steps

3.Use the SP app to track all my food and exercise.

4.Eat what I like, within my allotted calorie intake.

5.Make healthier food choices.

6.Post a blog everyday on SP

7.Reach out and encourage my Spark friends to continue with their plans!

8.Continue reading the SP articles so I can keep improving!

I was born and raised in Queens, NY and I'm pretty sure I will be buried here too!

Everything that I do, everything that I am and everything thing that I hope to accomplish in the future is because of my husband and my two beautiful daughters. They give me hope and strength and will help me through this weight loss challenge. Love you guys!



Other Information:
I am a mother, a wife, a real estate agent, a crafter, a blogger and I have my own Etsy shop. I like to keep myself busy and now want to make my life healthier so I can be with my family for a long time!

Hi L,
Okay i found the icon to leave you messages. As you know, I goofed yesterday. I took the girls to the movies and my 1 cup container for popcorn. Turns out i had to give y cup to Lilian so that she can have her own popcorn. So, I ate popcorn from the big bag with Karla. Turns out I ate more than half of the size large bag. After the movies I beat myself up so bad that I went out with a friend at 8pm and picked up a sandwich and a portion on rice. Next time, I will turn to you you keep me in line. I'm continuing the diet and already I have a great start to my day. Congratulations on the weight loss. Can't wait to see you.

BTW how do i get a "My Ticker"?
