I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. Welcome again! One thing I really try to do is help out others...it becomes an encourager for myself when I do that...I also like to have fun!
Small steps, short term goals and remember to reward yourself! Looking at the whole picture can prove to be discouraging so don't get caught up with that. And don't let those missteps discourage you! Just re-focus and move forward!
