I plan on getting in the habit of exercising daily and eating healthier. Hopefully this will help me keep motivated and organized. My life is going to change. I WILL NOT go back to the way it was. I won't accept my own excuses. I might make mistakes and I won't beat myself up about them, but I also won't tell myself that it's okay. I am not a patient person, but i am learning to be, on this journey. I figure, i didn't put it on overnight, i am not going to lose it overnight. My problem is I'm a perfectionist. I have to have everything perfect, and I can do it for a while, but then something gets in the way and I can't be perfect, and I give up. I need to learn to pick myself up and keep going, not fall apart and go back to doing everything wrong! **************************** MY APRIL GOALS! Fitness Goal: 1. Start the day with surya namaskara (sun salutations) 3 sets or more every morning. 2. Workout 1500 minutes Nutrition Goals: 1. NO SUGAR/NO DAIRY/NO GLUTEN 2. South Beach Diet way of eating habit. **************************** UPDATE OCT 10, 2012 I re-joined the gym. Plan to go to the gym at least 4X a week **************************** UPDATE MAY 4, 2013 I cancel my gym membership. ****************************

My Goals:
1. 135 lbs by June, 2013. 2. kicking the sugar addiction for good. 3. To tone and tighten my entire body. No deadline...this will be ongoing. 149 lbs - DONE! My Program:
My plan to Concentrating more on strength training rather than cardio. Practice Yoga everyday. Nutrition: *I am Gluten/Dairy free. *I eat 95% whole unprocessed foods. *incorporate protein and healthy fat to stay satisfied. *I tend to eat at least 10 servings of fruit/veggies per day, mostly veggies.

Other Information: I have had a rough couple of years and gained a lot of weight. I battle with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, (auto-immune thyroid), I was diagnosed in 2004 and take a daily thyroid hormone supplement to balance everything out. I also have an incurable disease called Interstitial Cystitis and IBS. Life is tough some days because of my health. But, I love life!
