Eating to live...

I am an emotional overeater. I've been battling it for 20+ years. I've been married for 25 years, and have a beautiful daughter. I work in a wonderful profession. But on a daily basis I allow food to interfere with my emotional and physical well-being. I feel helpless at times, but I will never give up on overcoming the control food has over me.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes.
