Hello, my name is Nathan. I have been wanting to get in shape and be more physically active for about 20 years now. But just about a year ago now my wife and I became grandparents to a beautiful baby girl. At the time I found myself weighing about 270 lbs and I could breathe to bend over and tie my shoes. I saw myself as becoming unable to do the things I had envisioned with my grand kids. I found myself having to wait for the big car or seat at amusement park rides and things like that. ...
Hello, my name is Nathan. I have been wanting to get in shape and be more physically active for about 20 years now. But just about a year ago now my wife and I became grandparents to a beautiful baby girl. At the time I found myself weighing about 270 lbs and I could breathe to bend over and tie my shoes. I saw myself as becoming unable to do the things I had envisioned with my grand kids. I found myself having to wait for the big car or seat at amusement park rides and things like that. So I began in my quest to lose weight and become more fit. I have lost about 60 lbs now and am more than halfway to my goal. I have used others Sparkpages as motivation but have now decided to make my own so I can recommit myself to achieving my goals.
