Thank you for the goodie. I didn't even realize about my minutes. Its really starting to add up. A half hour here, an hour there. I was a good girl this morning and only ate one fried egg, 2 strips of bacon and one peice of dry toast. That is my treat food for the week. For lunch it will be a large spring mix salad with all the toppings like peppers, tomatoes and black olives. Not sure what dinner will be. An apple with cinnamon and a bit of chicken breast and broccoli probably. Of course today is cardio day so I'm going to go for a whole hour this time. Hows your workouts coming along?

Good for you for your workout in spite of your chest cold!! emoticon
I have to put in my cardio time today and I'm going to try for 10 minutes extra. I'm going to treat myself with a vodka tonic because since I started I haven't missed any cardio and my muscles are killing me from the weights. But thats a good thing right? What little things do you do to treat yourself for good behavior?
