I'm a photographer and computer technician living in rural Alberta, Canada. I'm trying to be more of the former and less of the latter as I hate my main career as a PC repair tech. It makes me miserable, and I tend to console my misery by eating too much.

Something needs to change.

Sean, many condolences on the passing of our friend...you knew him better than I so your sadness is naturally greater...we just have to go on, being better people for having known him. Do not give up on gathering with the online group. Glen would have wanted you to continue it. You can do it as a memorial in honor of him. Blessings and peace be yours tonight and tomorrow.

To get over a cold you have to keep your nutrition up, even when the food tastes like paper. Eat anyway. I take a supplemental vitamin c along with my multivitamin. Plenty of sleep and loads of plain aspirin for the fever. Chicken soup is very comforting and I think it helps. Hang in there. It WILL go away.
