6 days a week of weightlifting, HIIT cardio, long distance running, biking, hiking, or whatever gets me moving. I like to stay flexible as opposed to trying to stick to a fixed plan.
I am vegan. I try to eat 50% raw. I only wear Vibram Five Fingers. I love free weights and kettleballs. I despise gyms.
