My Goals:
Run a half-marathon.
Finish a Tough Mudder.
Be able to do pullups.
Start and finish P90X2 program (once my arm is healed)
Start pole fitness classes once my arm is healed)
Build the body of a fitness model.

My Program:
6 days a week of weightlifting, HIIT cardio, long distance running, biking, hiking, or whatever gets me moving. I like to stay flexible as opposed to trying to stick to a fixed plan.

Other Information:
I am vegan.
I try to eat 50% raw.
I only wear Vibram Five Fingers.
I love free weights and kettleballs.
I despise gyms.
