This Time It's Serious
I'm a 36 year old wife and mother of 4. Life has been a bit crazy over the last year...more than normal crazy, I mean.
Now, I need to take care of myself in addition to taking care of everything else. I want to be healthy. I want to have energy. I don't want to hold my breath to fasten my pants.
