I am a 26 yr young mother of 3. I have the most wonderful job of raising our three children from home. As much as I would love for laundry & dishes to be enough exercise for me it's not cutting it. I've never been a skinny minnie but I wouldn't mind losing all the baby fat...well my youngest is turning 2 in october so toddler fat?? LoL. I'm just looking for some motivation and tools to help me out. I want my children to live a healthy active lifestyle and of course that starts with me!

My Goals:
I'm starting this transformation while my kids are still young enough to forget that mom was once a hefer....LOL.
It's not about weight as much as it's about learning how to be healthy & helping my family to follow. I want to have a active life with my children & hubby. Everything else is extra!

My Program:
So I'm swapping out caffeine & sugar out for exercise & water. I'm doing P90X for 90 days...I take frequent walks with me kiddos & stress the importance of choosing healthy over junk. I also remember that just bc I'm choosing a HEALTHIER lifestyle doesn't mean I have to deprive them of sweets. I do limit the intake for everyone involved.
I take it one day at a time bc like they say "Rome wasn't built in a day" && Neither was this body!!!

Personal Information:
I'm a California girl with a heart that belongs to New Orleans. Which is kind of a paradox. California promotes health & activity. New Orleans takes a more fried & slow way of life. So I'm throwing a little bit of CA into the mix. I've been in NOLA for 8 years & if Katrina didn't send me packing neither will a couple of pounds. I have 3 beautiful children that are full of energy & life. They motivate me everyday to get up & move. My 4th child is a pitbull named Bruno...he reminds me on days that I don't want to walk that he still has too.
I try to live in the now & future bc yesterday is gone & all you can do is learn. Today you can change & there is always time for tomorrow.....
