My Goals:
My goal is to change my eating and exercise habits to make it a regular way of life.

My Program:
My program is to use the Soutb Beach and Sparks recipes while increasing my activity levels. I will also maintain a food journal to monitor my calorie intake.

Personal Information:
I am a 50+ women that lives in MA. I love to spend my summers at our camp on Lake Quaddick in CT.

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!
