it worked...but i would get down to a number and go off it. the meetings were motivating but i was the only young one and everyone thought i was nutz. but its the same thing but points...and i got nervous because vegetables were 0...so theres te extra calories.
Yea wouldnt you think eating 900 calories would make you lose weight but they always say you need to eat more to lose weight. whats your range? lets do this together!...im doing it with my boyfriend but i can do it with more than one person. i came back on sticking to my range of 1210-1500...and working out. I felt better before break..then poof and now my menstrual should be coming...life is a bitch. if i could get back down to 140 id be so happy...i want to go down to 130 ive never been passed 139....but hang in there just like me, im always going back and forth but my boyfriend is a big motivator and helps get me back on track! I thought I was the only one, but yes I started back on track yesterday. Did weight watchers to get back on track now I'm following sparkpeople again. I justgive up easy. But I haven't made any resolutions........ You? 2846 days ago
omg mine too!! i was so offtrack..i can feel the weight gain in my stomach...i was getting frustrated so i gave up and now im tryin to decide on counting calories or weight watcers but im thinking counting calories....ah!! im bck on tracj too...just wearing the size bigger jeans for now...ha 2846 days ago
