My Goals:
First and Foremost--Get Fit!

1. Lose 120 lbs
2. Become more active
3. Get over some of my anxiety (possibly by raising my self-esteem?)

My Program:
At the gym: at least 30 minutes of cardio 4-5x a week; strength training 2x a week.

Follow calorie limits set by Sparkpeople tracker, adding 500 for breastfeeding.

Personal Information:
I'm from Indiana, and I'm determined to become fit and healthy before I hit 30 years old in 2015.
