Wanting it to come off.
Wishing it would go away.

I figured it was time to add something to this. I thought of changing it, But I still agree and think with that every day.
But I think I came to a different conclusion..almost an ahaa moment...almost.
Yes, it is about weight loss. I want the wait to come off. But....It seems to be a fight I am at a stand still with. But I'm okay with that. Why you ask...I am healthier. I watch what I eat. Try to keep the junk out...Have to have a little every now and then, but controlled. I have joined a gym. I get to do tons of stuff for cardio and weight training there. Makes the stuff I do at home more fun. It's not for working out, it's for the fun of it.
I LOVE going to the gym. I have made it my Nettie time. No kids, no hubby, just me. I can zone out and just go to town.
I have come to like myself for what I am doing. I am doing something. It's more then I was before I started doing anything. And that is an accomplishment in itself. I move, I eat well, I'm excited to getting healthier whether the weight moves or not. I know I am doing good for myself. Then that shows my kids, look I love you enough to go make myself sweat so I can be here for you for a long time. Give myself more energy to go run with my run loving daughter. Give myself more energy to chase my energetic little man. Instead of looking in from the outside, I'm in there playing too. I LOVE IT!!!

My Program:
Going to the gym 3 days a week. Cardio 3 to 4 times a week and resistence 2 times a week. Playing with my monsters. Walk walk walk.
