i feel you there. I havent been the best with eating or exercising either. but i havent given up hope. its been on the back of my mind. and now that i feel like my self confidence has grown i want to feel whats its like to be healthy. keep pushing. do something small each day and let it become a habit and then move on to the next thing. if we keep on doing the same thing everyday and eating unhealthily, this time next year we are going to regret that we didnt make any changes. we can do this! emoticon

Thanks for the motivation! I def kicked it into high gear after reading your comment. My eating has been better and I've started running again so I'm excited to keep going. Lets keep pushing! We can do this!!

I've actually been having a hard couple weeks. I've been having such a sweet tooth. It's been about a month. Haven't gained anything thankfully but idk I haven't been very motivated to exercise at all . I know I need to get back on track. It's so hard :(
