Ready to be healthier
My name is Tammy and I am 29. I had lost 75 + lbs, almost 3 years ago. It took me 4 years to loose all the weight. I got married, and pregnant very quickly after. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I ended up needing a csection. For the past 2 years, I have been dealing with different stresses, and weight loss was put on the back burner. My Goals:
I want to be healthier and happier with myself. I may never be a size 8 like before I had my son, but at least I know that I am trying and feel better with myself for that. I would like to eventually be a size 10.
My Program:
I walk almost 2 miles everyday (to and from work). I do the wii fit for 1/2 hour a day. I also plan on doing the treadmill for 15 min. I eat more veggies, and drink more water. I am watching my portion sizes (which is a hard thing for me).
Personal Information:
age: 29 hometown: Glendale, NY sex: Female career: assistant teacher children: 1 son, age 2 relationship: Married weakness: cakes, donuts favorite meal: eggplant parma. current stresses: trying to get into grad school.
Other Information:
my life quote is: "You gotta do what you gotta do". I learned that when I lived in KY, and had to work at walmart (when I never did retail before). I had to work there to keep my house. Then my son got sick, and I had to sell my house for him. So I konw that you always "gotta do what you gotta do".
