Resetting the Goal Posts
I took nearly a year off, with my teeth giving me such pain that it was all I could do just to make it through the day. And I regained about 50 of the 75 pounds I had lost.
Starting over, I need to reset my goals. Exercise is back to being a habit again, but the weight comes off at the rate of MAYBE 1 pound a MONTH, instead of a pound or two a week.

exercise 60+ minutes per day. Weight training 2-3X per week.

I''m Dianne. I run a small business. Quit smoking Nov. 1, 2005. (! After 30+ years!) Starting as 3F - Fat, Fifty, female. But never frumpy! When my blond hair started graying, I dyed it red for fun.
Other Information:
My daughter is beautiful - and she likes me! My husband has all the vices, but we get along. I now parent 2 pretty girl kitties, Angel (who is not, really) and Lucy Furr (who lives down to her name.)
