My Goals:
Just starting on the program, but want to do something everyday to get moving and stick to my calorie allowance. I'd like to lose 100 pounds in 1 year and keep it off! After maintaining that for awhile, I'd like to drop another 30-40 pounds. Right now, I'm just taking it one day at a time!

My Program:
My goals are simple. I want to do some type of exercise to get moving for 20 minutes each day. I also want to stay within my nutrition ranges for each day, and drink 8 glasses of water

Personal Information:
I am 41, mother of two teenagers, a full time student and I work full time. I live in Axton, VA and would love to find a buddy to work out with, preferably one that I can keep up with, yet we can challenge and motivate one another.

Other Information:
I love to cook (guess I'll have to learn how to cook low cal and low fat) and I love to do crafts. I recently became interested in photography. I just recently re-married in April 2010. In addition to my kids, I have a wonderful husband and a spoiled little dog that is like one of my kids.

Thank you so much for the encouraging words. It's funny how many are in the same shoes. So far so good, but Mark's eating M&M's every night has got to stop, the temptation is starting to be too much to bear...LOL! I have actually gotten my husband to try some of what I cook and eat some light or low calorie options and so far so good! YEAH! He says he actually does feel better and is sleeping better, etc. So, hopefully this lifestyle change will help both of us! Good luck to you! emoticon

I wish you well as you begin your journey. As a friend posted on my page, you don't have 100 lbs to lose, you have to lose 1 lb 100 times. You can do it. Good luck. emoticon
