Ialways wanted to lose the weight but it seemed so hard for me. The about 2 months ago something sparked in me and said try again...and so thats what i did. Now two months later i am down 28 pounds. i was so surprised how just cutting out the junk and adding exercise daily along with eating healthy choices and portions that the weight would come off. I know i have along way to go still but for once i feel that i can achieve my weight lose goals and i am happy i found this site as it will keep me focused and motivated to achieve those goals. My Goals:
My goals are to continue with exercising daily gradually increasing speed and indurance. I want to increase my strength training as this I need improvement on. I want to declutter my life and improve my fiancialy spending and to overall have a positive attitude.
My Program:
I eat most things in moderation 8 glasses of water a day 45 mins minimum of cardio a day strength training 3x's a week positive attitude tracking calories
