This is my Love Story for 2008 on ward!
When you love someone you treat them right!
When you love something you take care of it!
Would you let your car go without changing the oil?
Would you go to work only on pay day? (If we could I know)
So I continue with the questions until I feel a strong pulling in my inner being asking "DO U LOVE ME"? I say to myself "Yes Baby gal I do"! Then with the strength of a surviving, wounded, determined warrier I cry aloud the question many of us have ask the man/woman we love. "THEN WHY DON'T YOU ACT LIKE IT"?
I cry a spiritual cry as I awaken to some realities and began to vow to myself:
1. I vow to love, honor and cherish myself mind, body and soul.
2. I vow to nourish myself with exercise, healthful foods, positivity and rewards.
3. I do, I do to death do us (mind, body and soul) part.
"MAY GOD JOIN US TOGETHER NOW AS ONE"
Sitting in a garage all day doesn't make one a car!
One has to take action, meditate on goals, and ask for strength and direction along the way to transform self.
May God Grant us all this BLESSING on our journeys!

April 18th and 19th Pittsburgh's Big Skate Party in Youngstown! HEYYYY
I work out 5-6 times a week.
3 days of Cardio (jogging, walking, taboe, step aerobics, belly dancing and Roller Skating).
3 days of Weights, The Firm, 2 days Pilates.
Along with eating healthy as I can (the hard part). I don't eat alot of meat just all natural Chicken, fish and turkey. I'm a big Hummus, Organic fruit, veggies, Cous Cous, Triscuit and cheese, kashi cereal and eggs type of gal. My down fall is sweets (My Goodness) I can eat healthy then that 3 week of the month comes and it's cake, cookies, pop tarts and anything as such in my path (Pray for a gal).

I have 3 beautiful children and attend College changing careers from Real Estate to RN
