NESSA'S SHRINKIN and PRAISING GOD
I am excited about loosing weight and getting healthy and know that it is something I can only do with the help of GOD. I am fortunate not to be sick with anything so if I do this now I can continue to be healthy. I also have some grandbabies on the way and plan to be healthy and alive for them. My Goals:
1. To get down to 170 by November 5, 2010.
2. To wear a nice slenderizing dress.
3. Just to get fit and healthy.
My Program:
I began Curves and started and cardio and strengh training program. I am also watching my calories. I used to be on Weight Watchers counting points but now for the first time it will be a challenge to count calories. I am using Sparks which helps alot. I am watching my fats, drinking my water, eating my fiber and taking my multivitamin.
