I'm Not Gonna Stop Trying

I keep falling down with my weight, or I ahould say, I keep falling up...I have used food to numb out ever since I was 10...I remember that day so well. My Mom had told us kids that her and Dad were getting a Divorce. I remember running home and not knowing what to do, I made a frozen pizza and before it was even done and before anyone could see me, I ate the whole thing. I keep falling down with my weight, or I ahould say, I keep falling up...I have used food to numb out ever since I was 10...I remember that day so well. I remember running home and not knowing what to do, I made a frozen pizza and before it was even done and before anyone could see me, I ate the whole thing. It has been a vicious cycle for me ever since. And 28 years later I am still using food to numb out. I hope to start a healthy relationship with food so my kids won't follow the same path I did.

My Goals:
I want to gain a healthy relationship with food. I want to lose 65lbs...I want to walk daily. I want to be a role model for my 2 children ages 11 and 13.

My Program:
I am going to stop self sabotaging myself. I am gonna track my food ( the good, the bad and the ugly) I am going to stand in my truth that if I don't change my ways of dealing with stress I will kill myself with my daily habits.

Personal Information:
I grew up in a small town in Southeastern Ky. I moved to Florida when I was 18 to live with my Dad. I married my husband of almost 17 years and since we are in the Navy we have moved 7 times in 17 years which leads to constant instability. I wouldn't trade our lives for the world, but I look forward to the day when I can out up a picture and know that it won't have to be packed away again.
