I'll start over every day of my life if I have to!

After a long break, I'm finally back to finish what I started. Thanks to Spark and a lot of independent research, I've been working on redefining my relationship with food and learning about what it means to eat to live, not live to eat. I've always loved food, but I love it even more now that I know some of the awesome things a good diet can do for your overall health. Thanks to Spark and a lot of independent research, I've been working on redefining my relationship with food and learning about what it means to eat to live, not live to eat. I've always loved food, but I love it even more now that I know some of the awesome things a good diet can do for your overall health. Food is a great medicine in many ways, and most certainly is a key to preventing disease and maintaining health. My slow change in views and eating habits has yielded slow success - It has taken me a year and a half to lose about 25lbs. Spark helped me push through about 10 of those pounds, and now I'm back to lose about 20 more. Hopefully it won't take me another year and a half to do it, but even if it does, that's okay. Every little bit counts!

*Eat 1200 - 1600 cal/day
*Exercise 30 minutes 6 days a week - cardio, strength training & yoga
*Track calories in and out
*Drink lots of water!

My plan isn't too exciting, just eating in range and getting in exercise everyday, but so far so good! emoticon What are you working towards in June? emoticon

Yo yo, how's it going?? Back to the gym at all since you wrote to me? How about your eating?

I've been doing okay. I worked out and burned 1,040 calories today (woooo) but ate a bit too much so hopefully I'll end up with some sort of deficit eventually haha.
